Welcome to the adult section of Panthers Elite Netball Club


​We are an all-inclusive adult club that enjoys netball and want to have fun and improve as players.   We have 4 teams in the Wavell League which allows each member to play at the level they are most comfortable, with the opportunity for advancement.   Our players range from 16 - 51 years old.  

Weekly training sessions for all adult members is on Thursday nights - see below for more details.  Our structured and fun training seasons are aimed at improving fitness; includes skills, drills and coached Match play.

The club also offers opportunities for players who are interested in coaching, umpiring, first aid and club organisation.


We welcome all NEW MEMBERS, whether you have played netball to a high standard or are just returning to Netball after a break.  We look forward to meeting you!

​Wavell Invitation Netball League (WINL)

​Any new members interested in joining one of the 4 Wavell teams will normally trial for a place - please see below for more details on trials.

​Matches are for 1 hr, at either 7.15pm or 8.30pm, and players need to arrive 15 minutes before their match to warm up correctly.  

Summer season - There are 7 Matches (every week) in the summer league which rune in June and July (no sub restrictions).

Winter season - There are 14 Matches (2 per month) in the winter league which runs September - March (strict sub restrictions apply).

All players must be members of the England Netball Association to play in the Wavell League.  Membership needs be be renewed at the end of August.

​Adult Training
​

Training is with an experienced level 2 coach and is encouraged for all members of the adult section. 
​
Training takes place on Thursday evenings during term time, 8-9:30pm, at the inside sports hall of The Samuel Cody School, Farnborough.

Come down for two free taster training sessions. During this time, the coach will provide feedback on moving forward with membership and how they feel you will fit in with the club's range of abilities.  Every training session we aim for players to learn something new, mixed with lots of laughter!

​​Adult Trials
​

Trials will take place around May every year to determine positions in teams for the summer season and following winter season.  

May 2022 Squad trials are now complete.  However, if you have missed trials but are interested in joining us for training and to potentially join a squad, then please get in touch to find out more.

Membership Fees

Match Fees are £95 for Winter season (14 x 1hr games), this includes 4 training sessions.
Match Fees are £45 for Summer season (7x 1hr games), this includes 2 training sessions.
Training fees are £65 per term (3 terms per year).

There is a £10 discount per term on Training Fees for players that commit to both Matches and Training.  
​Fees are prorated for new players that join mid term.

New members are welcome to join just for training on Thursday evenings if they are unable to join a squad for Wavell Matches.
