Training

We train each week on the indoor court at Farnborough Hill School with an experienced level 2 coach.

​Training nights are Mondays and Thursdays. ​As we are a large club, we split our training into smaller, more focused groups twice a month. 

​Every training session we aim for players to learn something new, mixed with lots of laughter!

Focussed	Alternate Mondays	7.45 to 9.15pm	Phoenix, Storm, Saints, Sirens and training only members

Come down for two free taster training sessions. During this time, the coach will provide feedback on moving forward with membership and how they feel you will fit in with the club's range of abilities.

We’re always looking for new players.  Whether you're new to netball or looking to continue on your netball journey, come come down for two free taster training sessions. During this time, the coach will provide feedback on moving forward with membership and how they feel you will fit in with the club's range of abilities.
